Gren visited my property today to complete maintenance on my boiler. Had issues with accessing loft hatch as landlord didn’t provide key. Hewer then sorted this out on behalf of landlord so the job could be completed and my young toddlers still had access to heating and hot water over the weekend. Instead of capping my gas. Lovely gentleman. Great customer service, efficient and polite.
