I cannot praise the gas engineer who visited today enough! He spent nearly an hour meticulously inspecting my boiler, going above and beyond what previous engineers have done. His attention to detail was outstanding—he checked every component, explained what he was doing, and ensured everything was running safely and efficiently.
What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to take the time to do the job properly, rather than rushing through it.
Our inspection today was carried out by Than Rana. He was very professional and thorough. He showed his id and talked me through every step of the inspection. There was an issue related to a problem with our chimney (which we already knew about) so he did some extra tests to ensure it was safe to use our boiler while we wait for the other repairs. Overall I’ve been really impressed with the inspection service since we have been in this property.
Cannot recommend Gee Gunrad highly enough. Absolute nightmare 3 weeks with a substantial leak and totally saturated living room carpet and completely useless support from Vivo and Pinnacle despite 6+ workspeople out, Gee was the first to immediately identify the issue, order necessary parts, provide a temporary solution for us, and teach me what to do in various scenarios while waiting for the main fix. I appreciate everything he did so much and slightly offsets the truly shocking service received from pinnacle and vivo so far. Lady on phone from Hewer was also first person to actually show any empathy and understanding for the unlovable situation pinnacle and vivo have left us in past 3 weeks.
Mohammad Rahim was very helpful. I needed him to only fix one of the radiators in the house initially but we had been out of heat and hot water for the last two days and he helped me get the heat back on today even though it wasn’t on his job’s list. My other appointment was not until next Monday. With two little kids in the house it was going to be a horrible week in the cold but Mohammad took the time to help us out straight away and fix the problem. Can’t thank him enough!!!
